FARMERS WIFE: 2021 Dry White 

100% Malvasia Bianca

This is a bone dry version of our Malvasia Bianca flagship variety. A nose and front palate of white peach, early-season apricot, and slight mandarin or tangerine. The finish is highlighted by bright minerals with notes of Meyer lemon peel. We offer her as a lovely alternative to Viognier or Chardonnay fanatics and usually win the argument. 

BLOOM: 2021 Dry Rosé

100% Mourvèdre

A Provencal-style rosé holding notes of early Oregon strawberries & our homegrown watermelons. The height of this wine comes with a velvety créme finish. PROVING GROUND: 2017 Red Blend 

60% Cab | 32% Merlot | 8% Petite Verdot

Full of sultry flavors like plum, fig, and dark berries. Ample tannins and smooth acids make this a fantastic match for smoked lamb. An excellent food wine, balanced acid with soft tannins lending itself to Americana home cooking - or the finest Charcuterie Board ever made.
