In 2024, Farmhouse Vineyards entered into a lease-purchase agreement with Buena Suerte Vineyards. We began farming it to FHV spec & standards. This unique sandy site has received multiple awards for its fruit. It is a perfect vineyard for a new or boutique brand looking for a true grower collaboration and/or partnership. BSV offers a charming home on a knoll above a 50-acre vineyard. It is high-fenced for weekends of bird hunting, private tastings, and unparalleled High Plains getaways for your club members and ours.
