Kick off the holiday season at the beautiful Swallows Eve event center near downtown Fredericksburg. Mingle with friends. Enjoy small plates prepared by Swallows Eve and paired with Texas wines, bourbon, and beer. All this amidst a backdrop of smooth music.
5:00 to 6:00 pm – Special VIP Reception featuring sparkling wines paired with small plates AND the Main Event from 6:00 – 8:00 pm – Ticket price $150
6:00 to 8:00 pm – Main Event featuring Texas wines, spirits, and beer paired with small plates – Ticket Price $95

Benefiting the development of the FlavoryTX culinary educational facility at the City of Fredericksburg’s East Campus in Fredericksburg. FlavoryTX is a non-profit supporting Texas Tech viticulture and enology programming, partnering with the Fredericksburg High School Culinary and Hospitality programs, and will provide experiential learning for all. FHS culinary students will gain hands-on experience assisting at this event.
