100% Cinsaut | Whitehouse Parker Block

This single varietal Cinsaut is a Reserve showstopper. Cinsaut is extremely difficult to ripen in Texas due to its delicate nature and is rarely found as a stand-alone red wine.

This vintage is a Pinot Noir lover's dream with its airy body and supple texture. This wine is bright with notes of sour red currant, and delicate red fruits: pomegranate and raspberry with non-fruit flavors of caramelized popcorn and honeyed thyme.

Pair this with goat cheese crostinis, olive tapenade, and chimichurri smothered Dorper lamb shank. This wine is perfectly suited for patio sipping, yet complex enough to stand alone with roasted turkey on the Thanksgiving table.
