This big-red blend was hand-selected by our Wine Maker, Tim Drake, as the most premium blend in our library. Dominant in dark flavors such as blackberry compote, black currants, and black plums. While strong with fruity aromas this wine has the complexity of well-worn leather, sandalwood, cloves, black tea, black peppercorns, and hill country lavender stems.
While this wine is great as a stand-alone statement year-round, we encourage pairing with red meat. Experience this bold beauty at best with a beef bourguignon or a Perini Ranch mesquite-smoked beef tenderloin.
