Tasting Notes Oh Hey, Charloais: 
This 100% Roussanne dry white wine is a chardonnay lover's dream.   Rich in aromas of gala apples and baking spices this wine is meant for the autumn table and gatherings.   Lush fruit flavors of meyer lemons and dried apricots with non fruit flavors of calming chamomile and honey suckle are rounded out with fresh baked brioche toast and warm mexican vanilla.   

Food Pairings:
Baked Brie with Fig Jam, Roasted yard bird (chicken, turkey, cornish hens, and pheasant) accompanied by roasted veggies and creamed potatoes.   Best Enjoyed a little warmer than a traditional white around 55-60 degrees.
